Electronic Prescription Service
GP surgeries are switching to the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). This means your prescription is sent electronically to a local pharmacy which you have nominated.
If you get regular prescriptions this could save you time. You simply go straight to your nominated pharmacy to pick up your prescription which will often be ready for you before you get there.
All you need to do is make us your nominated pharmacy. This can be done using the form below. If your local GP surgery is EPS enabled we will receive your electronic prescription directly from them.
If you have a stable condition and you don’t want to go to your GP surgery each time to pick up your repeat prescription slip, you collect your medicines from the same place most of the time, or you use a prescription collection service now. |
It you do not get prescriptions very often or you want to pick up your prescriptions from different places. |
